Mexican Vegetarian Food is a new approach to eating healthy and still conserving the original flavors of the food. Mexican food already has that spice and flavor, and it’s not the meat that makes the dishes taste so good, rather the condiments, spices, and the love we put into cooking the food. So I invite you to let your soul and heart take over as you cook. Put on your apron, listen to your favorite music, and rock the kitchen like you never did before. I have listed several of my favorite recipes and I invite you to lovingly prepare them.
