How To Make A Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Mango or frozen chopped Mango Slices (peeled and cut)
  • 1 large Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Vanila Soy Milk
  • 1 cup ice crushed
  • 1 (6-oz.) can Mango juice, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine Mango slices, chopped banana and Mango juice, Vanilla Soy Milk  in blender or mixer.
  2. Cover and run on high until smooth.
  3. Add crushed ice
  4. Enjoy it chilled when it is fresh

How To Make Quick Bagel Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 bagels (plain, wheat or flavored)
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Slice the bagel in half carefully.
  2. Spread each half with  Marinara sauce.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Microwave on high, uncovered one to2minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Enjoy

 

How To Make Cheese Biscuits

These biscuits are great for breakfast, or snacks and you can even use for side dish during dinner or lunch time.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup . Applesauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
  3. Add applesauce and cheese.
  4. Roll dough to ½-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter or use the rim of a glass.
  5. Bake eight to 10 minutes.
  6. While baking, melt butter and mix in garlic powder.  Drizzle over baked biscuits.
  7. Enjoy it warm

 

Makes eight servings.
