How to Make Vegetable Biryani

  • 1lb. potatoes cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. blanched or boiled almonds
  • 1 lbs red onions, cut into pieces
  • 4 Capsicum (mixed color) cut in long slices
  • Canola oil
  • 3 cup long grain or basmati rice
  • Water
