How To Make A Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Mango or frozen chopped Mango Slices (peeled and cut)
  • 1 large Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Vanila Soy Milk
  • 1 cup ice crushed
  • 1 (6-oz.) can Mango juice, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine Mango slices, chopped banana and Mango juice, Vanilla Soy Milk  in blender or mixer.

  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate (approx 50 grams)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp strong coffee
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon
