This Indian Vegetarian Appetizer Recipe or Chaat is an ideal Snack for Breakfast or in Evenings snack, Tea time and Parties. This is one of the most easy way to Potatoes Bread Chaat. Ingredients

  • 5 pounds of potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 10 eggs or egg replacer for vegan
  • 1 large yellow onion chopped
  • 1 can sweet pickles (drained and chopped)
  • 2 cup Mayo

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes in a large pan of water and boil over medium-low heat until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain the potatoes, and place in the refrigerator to cool.
