Thanks so much for this delicious looking recipe. I hadn’t thought of using
mushrooms this way. But at the moment, I am trying to eat healthy and will
substitute the cream for fat reduced cream, but wondering if there was an
alternative to using the butter but still be tasty. Any suggestions?

Hello Again Mr. Produce Guy!!! *SWIG* ^_^ Just made this and The Bad F Man
just wanted to let you know a few things: Didn’t brown the Margarine…
Used Canned Mushrooms… Still cooked it the whole way on Med Hi… Used
Dehydrated Minced Onion Reconstituted… Used Half and Half instead of
Cream… Skipped the blender and cooked the soup through!!! Still tasty and
the little bits on onion gave it a nice texture!!! Have a feeling it’s
going to be better when reheated tomorrow!!! *SWIG* ^_^ Thx!!!
