How to Make Angel Hair Pasta with Tomatoes, Basil, and Garlic

This is a simple pasta recipe that is Italian classic and favorite in a restaurant. You can make this very easily at home in short time, almost anyone can cook this. If you can boil pasta, you can make this delicious recipe for your date night or for family and impress them.

Ingredients

•    1 lb. angel hair or capellini pasta, uncooked
•    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
•    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
•    5 c. tomatoes, diced
•     1/2 tsp. basil
•    3/4 c. low-sodium broth
•     8 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
•    Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

  1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add hot pasta to skillet; toss well.
  6. Add  broth and stir.
  7. Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
  8. You can serve with Soup or Salad or Crust bread
