Chocolate Yumminess Date Night Dessert

Looking for a simple and fantastic dessert for date night? This 5 minute chocolate dessert is so easy to make and a romantic touch to a great evening.

  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate (approx 50 grams)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp strong coffee
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Watch the video for instructions on how to whip this baby up in 5 minutes. Refrigerate until set (appx 2 hours or speed it up by throwing it in the freezer).

    Yes you can omit the coffee. If you omit the plastic then they won’t pop
    out of the mold. But you can eat them right out of the dish if you want.

    The liquid is not hot, it is only warm so you don’t have to worry about it
    melting the plastic. But if you prefer you can put parchment paper in a
    vessel. Parchment paper won’t work in little bowls like I’m using but a
    silicone mold might work too.

    That is a GREAT recipe! Thank you so much for providing me with SO many
    delicious chocolate recipes that are dairy free! Yippee! I can’t tell you
    how much I love your coconut oil chocolates and also the banana-almond
    fudge. My friends love them too 🙂 My only couple questions are… Is that
    a Teflon pan that you’re using a metal scraper on? Isn’t that bad for the
    Teflon? And doesn’t the plastic wrap melt with the hot liquid inside it?
    Isn’t waxed paper or parchment paper better?
